I have a 97 civic hatch, with a bit of a built b16 in it. Motor has crane stage 2 cams and full valve train. Type r IMF Type r tranny and bully stage 3 clutch. aem fuel rail with 440cc injectors from my old LS/Vtec setup. And it is all tuned on hondata s200. The car does run rich due to the large injectors. Here is my question. When driving easy mostly once I hit 3rd and 4th gear the engine starts to sputter and misfire. If i mash the gas the car seams fine. What do u guys think would be the problem. I just changed the spark plugs so I know thats not the problem. Would the injectors be flooding the motor to much? Keep in mind that I drove the car Fine for a long time Id say months with the injectors and never had this problem. Could it be the distributer? I dont know any help would be appreciated. I did a search already and found nuthing on engine sttter and misfire. So if u guys know of a link that would help to. Thanks.
