S......
go to http://www.k20a.org much more information on the k series swaps. I personally would not go with the k20a3 but look around on k20a.org and see what everyone hasto say.

LIAR!!!
I bet even if no one has done it in a 97 coupe on this website, someone has done it in a 96, 98, 99, and 00 coupe.
http://www.k20a.org FTW

it still has potential, i belive someone made some cams for it and picked up about 15 whp or something like that from cams alone. it could probably be had for cheaper than a k20a as well, because they arent high in demand

if you want 160hp go with the K20A3,but then again how about you get a B16 for a lot cheaper and still have 160hp?
If youre going to spend money on a k20a3 to get something like 200hp how about you just get an K20A2 and do i/h/e?Cheaper and faster.
The only reason why you should get an A3 is if your car had a previous K engine in it and you blew it up or you got a really good deal on 1.
