Moving to California... LSV?
For all you Californians... Im likely to be moving out to socal within the next year or so.. My integra is built with a 12.7:1 compression ls/vtec, JE pistons, all NA. I have a B18a with a B18C head, is there anyway to keep my car when i move to california? or should i just sell it and use my bike..

keep it for a year until you have to switch it over to cali plates then after you actually deal with smog hands on..then you decide what to do with the car.

Yep, and I wouldn't want to mess with the potential smog problems either.

Smog issues aside, CA gas is not going to be able to support that CR. 91 octane is a stretch with that CR, unless you mix a little race gas in the tank.

Im running on 93 right now, if i had to i could get it retuned to support 91, but it all sounds like to much hassle, i'll probably just garage it untill i move out of cali one day... i've put too much into it to let it go ya know?

i have a lot of friends that have cars that dont pass smog including me haha. you just have to meet new people and theyll send you to someone that can help you. theres always a way to get around everything. unless your getting tired of your ls vtec but i dont see how u can. just turbo it and youll have a monster
