Default Do OBD II USDM/JDM b18c1 have a crank position sensor???

I have 00' Civic Si. Originally came with b16a2 that has a crank position sensor located on the oil pump.

I'm now running a stock JDM b18c1 that does not have that sensor, but I'm still running hondata so it's been converted to OBD I.

I don't think I've ever seen a b18c1 with a crank position sensor so I'm wondering.... As long I as I have the secondary o2 sensor plugged into the cat convertor.

Can I use a stock OBD II gsr ecu???

Don't want it to throw any codes....
