Default normal sway bar vs Si sway bar

Are the stock DX/LX/EX sway bars different from the stock Si sway bars?

I got the rear one on my car and it definetly feels stiffer, too stiff? I plan on getting the front sway bar next. At first I thought just the rear bar so that my car wouldn't understeer but maybe oversteer a little. But now it feels like the front needs to be stiffened. My dealer told me that bushings brackets and front oem sway bar from Si were $81. And I paid $60-70 for the rear set up.
