so how do you like it so far?
6months ago I was really excited about it, then now it seems like I'm not all that interested in it anymore.
I still think its a great car but for some reason think I might get sick of it much quicker than the other hondas I've owned...
How much did you pay for it?

just sold my 2007 honda fit sport vivid pearl blue, manual. i was never so disappointed in a car and i'm so happy i was ABLE to sell the damn thing! i bought this car for my son to get him through college. lost $3000 on it but at least its in my past now. the car is poorly insulated, the windows constantly fog up if there is the least bit of moisture inside. when you hit a puddle, it sounds like someones sand blasting the bottom of the car!. the gas pedal is located too close to the seat so your leg is in this awkward position and starts to cramp after about an hour of driving. none of these things are noticeable on a test drive. (except the gas pedal location) this car is way overpriced for what you get. should be priced around $10,000. why this car received good reviews, i have no idea. probably because the people reviewing the car never drove it around for any length of time. or in the rain. the FIT is cute car and smooth running but other than that, it's a bottom feeder of the automotive industry. shop around and you will see better buys for your money. mazda 3 is just an example. you get a bigger and stronger engine. a much more loaded vehicle than the FIT. mazda also will work with you on the sticker price where as honda is gouging people on the FIT badly. a friend just purchased a completely loaded mazda 3 with sunroof and NAVIGATION! for $14,800. way cheaper and a better car than the FIT! many other car manufacturers have similar better deals than honda's FIT. but if you're one of those HONDA HEADS that just gotta own a honda, buy a used model and step up to a higher quality! if you've already purchased a FIT, YOU'VE BEEN HAD!!!!
congrats on the purchase

Dude, I hear ya. But I disagree with your complaint about fogging. If you turn on your defroster the A/C automatically comes on which dries the air blowing out the vents and thus removes condensation on the inner windshield. You can have the temp setting on hot or cold - either way it works. I agree it's over-priced and there is better value out there. I just like the fold flat seating which I realize I paid premium for. Gas mileage is only so so. For the price I paid I could have almost bought a 2002ish Porche Boxster.
