Default Logical power goals for a car I'm about to buy?

I'm about to pick up a 95 Teg with an LS/Vtec setup... The specs are as follows...
B18B Block
-Eagle Rods
-Type-R Pistons
GSR Head (PR3)
-Edlebrock Intake Manifold
-Apexi Worldsport Exhaust

Right now the car is untuned making like 155whp or so.
I'd like to turbocharge it... but I'm worried about the pistons, I don't recall what the CR is on them, but I know it's not that condusive to boost. I don't really want to swap out the bottom end tho.
So what would be a safe power goal? I'd really like to get a close to 400whp is possible... What would you guys recommend?
Thanks

*edit* I was planning on having Jeff Evans tune it with NepTune ... whenever it gets done.

You may want to edit that....P72 is a GSR head; whereas PR3 is a B16a head

Your exhaust is too small...if you're looking for 400whp, you should use 3", but you could squeeze by on 2.5. Also since you're using stock Honda pistons, i wouldnt try 400whp, but low 300s are doable.

I was going on what the guy told me. I'll have to find out which head it really is then I suppose. I was planning on running a cut-out and keeping the WS exhaust so the cut-out would do.
So I can make 300whp ok? maybe 325whp?

It's kinda pushing it on a stock block and pistons. I have seen low 300's, but they don't usually last too long, especially with that high of a c/r.

low 300s at best....you'll be surprised how much fun 300whp is once you have it on the street. I know that people always want more, but trust me, 300whp is fun and more than enough to light up the tires if you want...
