Default Sidemarker Lights

Ok. So I just got some new sidemarkers and it doesnt look like the wires are very long. how do i wire these, should i splice some longer wires to these and then splice to signal lights, or should the wires in the fender be long enough to reach?

crimp it to a longer wire. Or better yet, solder it to a longer wire.

crimp, solder, splice, or whatever works best to a long set of wires, then splice them into your turn signals

I got some wire laying around but its a just a little bigger guage then the pigtail wires coming off the sockets it will still work tho if i crimp em together? how much wire should I need for the wire i crimp on to run to splice to the signals? Oh and what color wires and where are they located for the parking/signals, I just see some wire in the fender running to the door from inside the fender

go to walmart and buy some green and black 12guage electical wire in the auto parts section, then run the black and green wire from where ever your going to mount the sidemarkers and then you will want to run the wires on the inside of the fender into the engine bay next to the cornermarkers, i believe the corner markers have three wires, one is white the other is black and the third is green. then with the black and green wire you ran from the sidemarker, splice the green and black wire into the same color wires for the corner marker. and your set

I recommend soldering extension wires with shrink wrap and using wire taps to tap the signal lights.

Definately solder those wires to the some longer wire that will be soldered to your turns signals.

I soldered on wires to extend it to the turn signals.

Solder and Shrink Wrap FTW... looks clean and professional.
