My wife's 03 Accord, 4 cyl., has developed a rough idle that when the AC compressor kicks on or the car is in gear. It is bad enough you feel the roughness in the steering wheel or feel vibration with your feet. I watch the rpms and they dont drop. But something is really causing this motor to vibrate the car enough we now have a rattle in the dash. The car has 69000 miles with no other problems, brought in and serviced by Honda dealerhip as per Honda recommendations. The dealer had had the car over four days trying to find the problem. An Idle kit Honda came out with was installed, didnt work...changed front motor mount...didnt work...re-torqued engine mount bolts...didnt work either. The mechanic cannot find the problem....Honda Tech told the mechanic that it is a 70000 mile car...COP OUT BIG TIME! My wife has had a new Honda Car since 94 each body change and has never had this happen before... DOES anyone have any ideas on what the problem might be???? Your help will be greatly appreciated!
