My buddy recently got a CD player installed into his CRV at a local A/V shop. After that, my brother installed speakers into his CRV. Initially, the speakers worked but they will intermittently go out and random times.

We've ruled out that the CD player is not the issue because we've swapped it between the OEM/Aftermarket deck. The speakers are brand new as well. Also now, the the front left speaker won't work at all. All the connections on the speakers are solid. Any ideas what could be causing this?
