Default Burned oil smell - '99 Integra

I just purchased a used 1999 Integra with the 4sp Auto. I believe the engine is the DOHC 1.8L . I need an opinion -

I had an Acura dealer inspect it before purchase, and the only issue that they recommended repair was on the head cover gasket and oil pan gasket.

When the car is stopped and idling, there is a strong smell of burnt oil coming in through the vents.

I see no oil on the driveway, or any seepage around the head cover. The engine was steam cleaned, but I find no oil 'drippings'.

1). How does air enter the HVAC system? At the bottom of the windshield header or??

2). Could there be another location where there is an oil leak?

3). Could this symptomatic of a potential AC problem?

I don't think anything got spilled in the vent ducts, as at speed the smell goes away. You can't smell any burnt oil outside the car or under the hood.

I don't mind replacing the gaskets, but if there is something else that needs to be replaced or fixed, I would like to do it all at once.

Be gentle, I am a first timer with Honda products and on this forum.
Thanks to all in advance !!!
