Default Installing Skunk2 Pro series Mani on GSR, ECU Question

coming next month I start my build. When installing the new mani, do I need to use a B16 ECU, or can I just change a seting in Hondata and the GSR (P72) ECU work fine?

distributors dont change anything or affect the ecu, using a p72 ecu it will look for the IAB which in a skunk2 you no longer have, im going to run a p30 on my gsr with a blox intake mani in a couple of weeks.
