Default key ignition problem plz heeelp

86 civic 1.5

Ok, so after a late night I return to my car only to find that my ignition key is lost so since it was 3am and my cell phone was dead and i was all by myself, I decided to basically steal my own car by breaking the ignition off.

For the past couple days I have been driving around simply with the white cap and a very small key to use for it.

This morning my white cap popped off sending springs and ball bearings flying, so now I am only left with the bare minimum of my ignition... I got my car started by taping one of the copper rings down to the solder points in its "ON" position then started the car.... by doing some metal on metal action..... can anyone help me with wire information? ie. which wires need to be touching for the car to be considered "ON" and which one starts the car?

I am thinking of somehow doing a button switch or somthing a little less ghetto to help me get around

I tried to put the white cap back together and snap it back on, but I am having no luck...

I know this is very sensitive information to be posting/asking, so if you do not want to post info if you could IM me please - I already had my 1st car stolen thats the only reason why i knew how to pop my ignition in the 1st place.
