Without knowing who owned the equipment, and how well (or badly) it was taken care of, I would say take the retail price of when the stuff was new, and subtract 50%. Then, I'd take off another 10% for that splotch of goo on the top right hand corner of the sub, and the dust on the mid driver. More would be deducted if there were scratches on the amp.
