i also have a prolem with the tie rods left one is brand new stock and right one is a jdm one im using the jdm front spindles what inner and outer tie rods do i have to use

 

youre using SIR knuckles/spindles?

this is a problem that occurs when using SiR/VTi knuckles with shorter steering arms. i dont think ppl have found a good source for us to get the shorter tie rods needed for the SiR/VTi knuckles.

i think you just have to cut the inner tie rod. not sure, i havent dealt with this myself.

 

yep using the sir front set up was told the front brakes are now 94+ teg but no one knows about the tie rods

 

the jdm SiR inner tie rods are shorter, not sure about the tie-rod ENDS though. I do remember seeing a how-to on trimming the inner tie rods to get it to work, about 1" or so, but I don't remember the exact measurement.

Which is part of the reason why I still have a set of SiR knuckles/brakes in storage :-/
