I am looking into buying an authentic 96 Integra Type R. It is at a shop in PA. Just wondering what needs to be replaced in order to make it state legal and be able to register it. I know the process but just want to know how much money it will cost and what needs to be "fixed" and how long this will take. I live in CT. Any help would be great.
