Default '97 Integra LS turbo, S300

This was our first attempt at a complete install and tune, usually we just tune. I think it went quite well, thanks to Randy for his patience.

Tuned to 10.5psi

It was a pieced together kit, the dude gave me complete pieced together turbo kit and told me to install, tune it and make it work.

with that psi on a ls he could have mad 300whp but its all in the tune and thats prolly not the best numbers he could have got but i guess it depends on the set up he might have stock exhaust or something never no

That manifold is F-ed up. I'm not suprised it only came out with 210 hp.

Stock exhaust would also add to the low numbers dezerte. You should run at least 2.5" (3" recomended) piping in order to get good flow out of most turbo applications

From that picture, that manifold is not 'F-ed up'.. It looks like your average log manifold from which ive seen over 500hp pushed through.

You are quite right sir. Well we gave it more timing, but it just did not like it and the use of those apc spark plug wires did not help either.
Also sporting the stock MAP sensor also prevented us from going any higher in the boost regions.

No we did not change the head gasket on it.

Yeah this is the first install and tune on a LS we have done. We have tuned UTEC on a Subbie, and several 350z, tuned several AEMs and many Hondata S200, S300.

So we are taking things slowly but surely.

Are you comparing the 210 whp # to the same brand of dynamometer? For that psi, AFR and timing, that is all safely what the engine wanted to see.
