make one.
Sheet metal @ home depot is your friend. They have different thicknesses.
Use cardboad to make a template, then cut final out of sheet metal and bend as necessary.

Hmm...OEM Mitsu heat shields have a layer of ceramic between metal layers to really keep heat out of the engine bay...think that's possible to make your own?

sheet metal gets hot to. it wont do much for a turbo mani imo.. like the guy above said, a cermic coating around the metal would def. be good

Make heat sheild out of sheet metal.
Buy DEI exhast tunnel shield 20X21 ($21.99) and stick it to the top of the sheet metal. I would also add a bolt or two here and there even though the DEI stuf is self adhesive and VERY sticky.
I got some on my underside of my hood.
But the best thing to do would be to get header wrap and wrap the log mani instead of a heatshield. I did this as well as added a turbo blanket and I wrapped the downpipe too.
What I did REALLY keeps the heat in!
