air/fuel gauge malfunction
OK, so i replaced my o2 sensor with one of those universal 4 wire one and its working perfectly a few weeks ago. Now i go to hook up my air/fuel gauge and it stays on rich. when i touch the signal wire and the tb butteryfly with my finger it reads correctly. WTF is goin on with my car? anyone ever had a similar problem?
If you're talking about a narrowband hooked up to your stock o2 sensor,
then it was never working right in the first place, other then flashing lights.

Test each of the wires with a voltmeter. The new O2 sensor could have the wires pinned differently.
How is your gauge wired up? Check all those connections. You might have messed them up inadvertently.
