I have an 01 gsr coupe with a 5zigen fireball catback system. Im tired of the attention so i recently purchased an RSX type s Muffler. I received it two days ago and its alot larger than i thought it would be.. but i have heard such good things with it installed (quite sound).

My intention is too bolt on the axle back to the catback, with the little modification required. (Maybe welding a little extra piping to correctly match it up at the flanges.) Could someone give me some pointers or insight on this.. maybe a picture of it installed.

i did the rsx type-s stock muffler set-up...and no regrets on what so ever...what i did is i went to a local muffler shop and i had them changed my whole piping from cat back into a 2.25 and the stock rsx muffler just hangs in the stock brackets with no modification on the actual brackets and i just bought me a nice exhaust tip....sounds perfect, it doesnt sound like a fart can.........good luck on this set-up and definitely recomend it looks good,sounds good and the price is good....with the piping,muffler and the tip i probably spent $175 for the set up........
