Default Turbocharging Help

Well I am turbocharging my 94 teg, with a B18B motor(BONE STOCK). My setup is going to be:

Precision GT-32 Turbo
24x8x3 Intercooler
MSD 6AL
MSD HVC Blaster Coil
MSD Boost Timing Master
2.5" Downpipe/Type-R cat/2.5" Tanabe Racing Medalion Exhaust
ACT HD Pressure Plate, with Street Disk
Walbro 255lph HP pump
Inline Pro Manifold

What are somethings I should Do?

What should be my target A/R? 12 - 12.5?

Around what Torque range, will my clutch start to slip?

What kind of WHP am I looking at on 94 octane?

What kind of WHP am I looking at on C16?

Any input would be great. THANKS

a lot of setups ive read on the board show that 300whp is attainable for a stock LS. but if you daily drive the car and are in boost more often then not, then i would only suggest such levels with a tuner you trust.

you can mimic a setup and have the exact same parts, but if the tune is off, then you're going to run into some huge problems

here is the huge LS thread

I would ditch the MSD, people have been using the stock system with more HP than what your aiming for.

What kind of engine management do you plan on using?
Wastegate?
Blowoff Valve?
Are you going to buy pre-bent intercooler pipping or get some custom made?
Oil Lines?
Maybe better brake pads and fluid to help slow you down.
Possibly an oil cooler if you plan on tracking the car at all.
Guages? Boost, Oil Temp, Oil PSI, etc.
Injectors?

Get ready to cut your bumper support or remove it all together with an intercooler thats 8" tall. Max on a usdm dc is 6"

300whp sounds like alot on a stock ls... i think 250whp is more of a realistic goal. Remember, more power less life.

Fuel Management is an HKS AIC SI, can control up to 8 injectors. might run 2 1000cc on the charge pipe, or 4 550cc on the intake manifold.

Intercooler fitment should be fine, just installed my JDM front, and the re-bar is like a inch thick. so I should be alright. Hopefully.

I know the msd parts are not needed, but my dad went standalone, and he wont need them anymore

2.5" is a little restrictive for an exhaust. Starting with a 3" exhaust gives you a lot of room to work with and more opportunities to increase boost and add hp.

You don't need the inginition either, stock is more than fine for your application as is.
