Photobucket compresses your images, theres not much way around it. I'd sign up for a hosting site if I were you, but if you're not gonna do that, I'd use imageshack over photobucket any day.

I have an EXIF viewer on my Firefox. I'd recommend one, since you can use it to your advantage as far as seeing what settings great shots are taken with.

Well it all depends. Generally, set it to the lowest possible. If you have a tripod, that shouldnt be a problem, all you would have to do is adjust your aperture and shutter speed respectively.
If you're shooting handheld in low light, then sometimes it's necessary to bump up the ISO a little bit for a faster shot.

# Exposure Time (1 / Shutter Speed) = 10/1000 second = 0.01000 second
# Lens F-Number/F-Stop = 28/10 = F2.80
# ISO Speed Ratings = 100
# Original Date/Time = 2007:03:07 17:04:14
# Digitization Date/Time = 2007:03:07 17:04:14
your iso is at 100, try lowering it so your pictures aren't so "noisy"
