This is not to helpful but a buddy of mine is running 15x7.5 +43 without issues. I am unsure of the tire size though.

Don't quote me on this, but I think you'll be fine. It just depends on your drop.

7.5" is a bit wide, but it will fit never the less. I suggest 195/55 or 205/50 sized tires, or if available 215/50.

With a 7.5 can't I go to even possibly a 225? or would that be too much?

I think you would be able to get away with a 225, depending upon the brand. Since Azenies width are a little on the big size where they're 205 is pretty close to a 215.

Try PM'ing Nsxtasy. He knows his ****, especialy when it comes to tires.

A 225 width tire will fit the rims nicely, but it is rare that a tire is offered in a 225 width that is the right height for an Integra. A 225/45 will be close to the same diameter as a 205/50 where as a 225/50 will be close to the same diameter as a 205/55. Toyo RA-1 are offered in 225/45/15 sizes that are nice on Integras.

I can respect that. It is my goal to have as much quality rubber (Indiana Gummies anyone?) on the road as I can.

would you have to roll fenders if running 195/50 15 w/tire tuck on that rim size and offset?
