I know maybe this is way off topic, and maybe some of you post actively on s2ki, but MAN! Honda-Tech was down yesterday for a while, so I went there to ask my question thinking there would be some knowledgable people there that could help. All I asked for was a simple answer and all I could get was the run around! I know my question was reeeally simple, maybe even just downright obvious, but all I needed was for someone to just reinforce my thinking on the matter. Now I know why people have talked so much **** about this forum...

Here's the story

 

Seems to me, you started the argument by telling the people that posted that they werent helping.

HT has way more noninformative posts than s2ki. No offense to the handful of people here that actually know there stuff.

yeah man, i dont think they over reacted at all. you got a little pissy when they pinted out something obvious to you and when they didnt answer your question on your shcedule.

i think if you were on the outside looking in at this situation you would think that you were being a dick.

i recommend that you go appologize to those guys as they were being helpful even if it wasnt exactly what you expected.

if someone asked you how to make toast, you would probably answer them but it would be hard not to be a little sarcastic.

 

s2ki can be harsh at times and some its members are def. douche bags.....

but honestly it seems that you were the one who instigated an argument not them.

yah... not that bad though. the other s2ki guy coulda took it less to heart. a simple answer woulda done.

IMO you asked a question in the wrong way. When I looked at your inquiry, I had no idea what you were referring to.
I am an S2KI memeber and my experience is that there are a few asshats there the same as you will find anywhere.
You got defensive and rude and thats where the trouble started.
