99-00 Si wing on 95 DX body

hey would it be possible to take the wing from the 99-00 Civic Si and put it on a 95 DX, WITHOUT spending a ton of money?

maybewith some effort a buddy of mine is in the works of doing this..its looks like it fits fine..try it out..dont always go to ht for all your questions go out and try new things thats how ppl learn
