can someone tell me how to make a car look like its in motion. searched on google and yahoo, but im having a hard time!

these are called rig shots. search under that, you'll find out how to do it.

 

You're going to need a rig and a camera that has manual functions so you can change shutter speed, aperture, etc.

 

i know its photoshop btw, im a pretty basic user

yes, most or even all of what you had posted has been photoshop'd. RoaringTurtle (Steve) and the jtuned guys are pros at doing this effect. I personally have attempted to do it once, but it didn't look anywhere to being real lookin

The redline image is probably just a longer shutter speed when taking the pic. Check out the reflection of the house on the accord

Not photoshop, those are rig shots.
