Default Problems with SiRI b16a in ef hatch

Hey people, I just finished installing an SiR I b16a into my 89 hatch si and i'm having some electrical problems. I have an Idea, but I would like some opinions also.

When I cank it up I have to feather the gas or the idle will lobe real bad and the car will cut off, during this time it runs really rich and spews black smoke out the back.

While i'm driving the car will surge back and fourth lightly, I thought that it might be because I need a tune up, but really, I think that it might be my tps or IAC.

My car will not let vtec kick over, and when ever I step on it, even a little, it blows lots of black smoke out the back.

Currently i'm getting around 10 miles to the gallon.

Ive run codes, i'm getting a 5, 14, and a 23.

5 being the MAP sensor

14 being the IAC valve

23 being the knock sensor.

What do you guy's think?

No vtec with a knock and map code, fix those first off. Try a diff. iav to see if thats the problem, and double check the sensors, make sure you have them plugged in the right spot

OK, one last thing. Do you guy's know where to buy these sensor's? Is there a cheap place to buy them or do I have to order them for a 99 SI?
