Just got these from the UPS man. Weighed them on a digital postal scale so it should be pretty accurate:

ACT Maxx Xtreme Pressure Plate: 9 lbs 13 oz
ACT 4-puck disc: 1 lb 12.4 oz

The stock disc is apparently 2.5 lbs or so and the pressure place is 9.5 lbs, so overall the weight is about the same.

Would be interesting to compare the weight with other clutch and pressure plate combos. There have been lots of discussions on flywheel weight but some people forget that a lightweight flywheel is pretty pointless if it attached to a heavy clutch.

That's what I got weighing my (broken) stock clutch. I'd love to know what the Exedy weighs, which is what I have in there now, but I didn't have a chance to weigh it myself. Thanks for posting the ACT weights.

 

I my maxx xtreme pressure plate...I hope you got a strong left foot. Hehe

 

Than try driving a stock ITR pressure plate right after.
