$$$$94 GSR Custum turbo?$?$?
Im thinking about doing a custum turbo. i just want to run about 6psi because its my daily driver and i really dont have the money to be blowing my motor up. What is involved in that whole custum turbo deal? what can i get and what would i have to do that i know the car would run good and safe for the motor without going crazy on money and like i said only 6 psi so when u respond keep that in mind. Thank you.

agree....
One thing that bothers me still about posts like this. Why do people measure reliability based solely on PSI? There isnt much logic behind that. I think games like Need For Speed Underground and so forth have skewed the way people think about turbo setups. PSI doesn't really dictate anything, its power that kills and engine. If you stay in the sub250whp range i cant forsee you ever having problems if you do things correctly. Personally on my setup i'm shooting for 330whp on a stock internal GSR. Its all in the setup and the tune.

i second that. if you have a quality setup and not all this ebay crap, you do it right, and have a good tune, the numbers can go way higher. many stock internal parts are good up to like 5-600 whp like sleeves and so forth.

Pounds of boost is prolly the first thing someone learns about,
and usually think it's universal, even on that snail that's bigger then your engine

are you sure? because based on the other threads you've made, doesn't seem like to know too much. why are you looking at headers if youre going to be doing a custom turbo setup
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1913805
and then you're seeing whats going to get you more power, a turbo kit or a port and polish job
