CRX sunroof replacement
by molding your drip edge you mean you covered up the only thing that keeps water from running in your door? well i think you should get a roof cap and modify it. Other than that i think you kinda screwed yourself. Lexan will be a bitch to get to look right!
Thats one thing on the Si that i hate.
I ended up getting a CF panel, and basically bought a new tray and every single moving part in the sunroof from Honda. not cheap...i know, but atleast thats one headache that i no longer have to deal with.
I didnt have any manuals, all i did was take the old one apart...see how it was put together and reversed it with the new parts in the new tray....was a good 4 or 5 hours worth of work...only issue i have is the CF panel isnt completely straight...it has a little wavyness (sp?) to it....prob end up buying a new sheet metal panel and have it skinned in CF.

I bought a new panel from honda when I had my car painted. Smartest thing I've ever done....EVER! Now it's good for another 15 years.
