Default HID

How bad would the glare be if i put HID's in my diy jdm black housing headlights? would the fact that the inside of the light is painted black help cut down on glare? and how badly would i be blinding other passengers? And would it help if i bought some eyebrows for the headlights to keep the light lower?

i drive a 5th gen w/ HIDs and the glare is somewhat bad. there is no cut off at all, but i still love em.

DIY jdm black housing should give you the same results with a chrome housing...
