Default HELP WITH 96 CIVIC SWAP OB2 CAR WITH OBD1 MOTOR
I have a 1996 honda civic hatch and want to do a 95 b16(friend has it for cheap). I need to stay emissions legal in new york and want to know what to do. i'm goin to be using a 96 b16 ecu and a 95 b156 motor. I need to know what i need to make this happen if possible so i can get an inspection and everything be good.

you will need obd2 alternator, distributor, injectors. reuse your engine harness and add some plugs

but what plugs do i need and wat am i gonna have to wire up

Make a sub harness If you don't know what your doing. Go to a performance shop and learn. Make a sub harness

In most states using a motor thats older then the car is illegal and wont pass visual on the smog side. Just FYI.
