i bought it off a guy. fits very nicely. looks to be made out of 1/2 or 3/4" mdf. anyways, i put some 6x9's in it and threw it in. it fits TIGHT but looks good.

if there is any/enough interest i might be able to get some dimensions and post them up, since the damn OEM ones are so expensive even on ebay 100+ rip off.

I prefer without the speaker on there.

well when i bought the cover it had holes cutout for speakers already, and i had the 6x9's in boxes mounted on the back of the rear seats. it didnt look so good. nor did it sound good.

 

eh... I dont think I like it. But if you do, thats cool

 

heres mine i made a couple yrs ago dark pic sorry i have 2 4'' speakers in it and its black cloth fits like a glove and was made out of 1/2" plywood

looks like urs but straight fits perfect like oem and the 4" speakers and the material isnt fuzzy
