i expect some fiberglass work, mounting work, ect...

i dont know, but the bubbly front end of the 96 would look funny on a square car like the crx. i just dont see it looking good. now an eg front end.....maybe, but still probably too rounded

 

DO NOT FU.CK UP A PERFECTLY GOOD CRX OR HATCH LIKE THAT.

OR YOUR FIRST BORN CHILD WILL BE BORN WITHOUT GENITALS.

 

Please don't ruin a perfectly good crx.

 

I have seen a could of EG hatches around with that later model integra front ends. REALLY UGLY in my opinion. The integra front end is a little on the long side so it makes the car look like it has a really long snout. Plus it just doesn't fit.

If I were you I would leave it alone. I love the look of a CRX/Civic front end. Please don't ruin it.

I dont know I kinda like that front end maby its just the way it looks in red but no I would never ruin a perfectly good crx

but thanks for telling me if it really could be done or not and just giving opinions. this is honda-tech not opinion-tech.

when i do the conversion and it looks sweet and not ricey i will post some pics..

im sorry but rounded headlights look way better than square 80's ones in my OPINION, but im not saying im neither right or wrong...

all i wanted was a light crx with a newer look, and maybe a car that you didnt see every day.

i think the main thing that keeps these conversions from looking good is the size of the wheel well on the front vs rear

usually the front well looks massive & expanded compared to the rear wheel well opening.....and it ruins the car, makes it look like the hacked experiment that it is.

the 2 examples in this thread don't appear as bad as i've seen.....

if someone could correct that small problem, i think it would make a world of difference, visually

 

I have a 1 piece interga clip on my turbo dohc zc and I havent heard 1 negative thing about it yet, with the foberglass front I was able to shorten it and cut to fit the doors. I will post pics after initiation to honda tech. Theres nothing wrong with wanting to look different then all the others you see every day.

 

ha ha it is funnny i kinda like . but i like the white mostly can waait to paint mine si white so it looks goood.
