sup guys my friend has a 93 accord and when she turns it on the headlights wont come on right away. After idleing for a couple mins(longer in the cold) they will come on. any suggestions? i was thinking it could be some sort of relay but i dunno.

Sounds like the headlight switch is going south.
I have taken them apart and cleaned the contacts up and stretched out the spring a little to add more tension on the sliding contact.
