when i go over bumps my srs light flashes it doesnt stay on, only when i go over any kind of bumb it flashes for a sec. how do i get this to stop

 

possibly a loose ABS sensor or bad wire.

I'd take each sensor out, clean it and reinstall it, that's a good start to diagnoses.

 

ABS has its own light, SRS is the airbags....
if the airbag light is on, theres a fault in the system, and if your in an accident, God forbid, the airbags will most likley not go off

all the airbag wiring under ur steering column is yellow, be very careful with it. static electricity can set off an airbag. id also look at the sensor on the front of the car, that may have gone bad too.
