If it's after market, check the cables that are going to the battery. Maybe OEM does that too.

If you have the optional Honda alarm, there's 3 different inline fuses hidden somewhere under the dash, and it could be on either the driver's or passenger side.

Fuse 1 will have a white wire leading into it, and a white/blue leading out.
Fuse 2, white and then white/red.
Fuse 3, yellow and then yellow/blue.

Fuse 1 should lead to the keyless/security system control box. Pulling this fuse may possibly disable the alarm system.
Fuse 2 leads to an unlock relay. Pulling this fuse will not help.
Fuse 3 leads to the control box and basically tells it when the key is turned to "ON". Don't pull this fuse.

Unfortunately, I can't help you find these fuses. I have absolutely no idea where they are. If the remote to your alarm doesn't say "Honda", then none of this will apply to you anyway.

Oh, and for those that are wondering, EX models are wired completely different. There are no fuses you can pull to disable the alarm.
