I picked up a new set of JE's from someone here on HT. He had the wrist pin and the spirolocks in the piston already...now the box they came in says they should not be reused once they are installed, well I have to take them out to put them on the rods. Can I still use them even though they have not been run?

 

i'd say you can if its not damaged.... but lets wait for the experts...

 

I called JE and they said they dont recommend it but I dont want to have to order another set if these are perfectly fine.
