Default toda cams

well i went through s2ki google and h-t . not easy with out the search function. and couldent find what people were making with them. i/h/e tuning built head no p&p. anyone here with a similar set up.?whp? 1/4mile ? (just to know, i know this isint a drag car).

skip the cams, invest in an AEM and a quality tuner with the "right" parts. lighten the car, etc...

yeah honestly cams arent going to make great power that is worth the money without the proper supproting mods and I/H/E arent them....

get a 4.77 final drive instead!

well still havent found any power #s . but i found this vid of an ITB s2k, kinda sure yall have seen it. supposibly does a 12.7 1/4 mile.

Only ppl that i've found that make them are gude.. I compared them to the ips n2's for the k20 and the ips cams are much more agressive so I wouldn't waste my time with them ... If you were to get an EMS or e-manage, Headers and exhuast, Maybe a throttle body and bolt up some cams like the n2's i think you would have a very respectable HP #. I dont see why ppl bolt up ITB's to this car when they have stock cams in it.. All the performance is probably coming from the other parts n e ways...

yea i too also heard that being that the stock s2k is pretty much already at its limit as far as redline and cams that it really isnt worth the extra money

My friend had TODA cams, they failed and his motor died. Turns out the TODA cams were faulty and they found fillings of metal throughout the motor from the cams.

yea toda cams suck cuz of that. But the f20c is far from being peaked at its current redline. My brothers cams in his h22 dwarf the cams in my S and the F series should flow more effieciently than his H. Just look at what ips is doing with the k series.

IPS has cams coming out for the s2000 soon from what ive been hearing.
