Default Rim offset

Hi guys, I have a 1989 civic ef and would like to purchase a set of split rims to fit a set of mh slicks 26/10/15.
I would like to know which brand I have to order and what offset to clear the knuckle and maybe the fender.

Weld Import Magnum in 15x8 or 15x9, depending on the requirement of the slick you are using. Backspace is usually 4". As far as clearing the fender, theres no way a 10" wide slick will be near under the fender. Its for sure going to stick out 2" or out of the fender.
