well i want to build my d16a6 basically from the oilpan up but i cant find any internet sites or anything on parts i can look at like pistons,cams,cam gears,valves,exc.exc so if anyone knows anything good hit me up

Wow, you must not be searching enough . I'd suggest looking at some good D16 builds here like Tippyman's and dr_latino's to see what they're using, maybe you can ask them where they sourced their parts. There's a huge aftermarket for the D16A6 though, not sure why you're having trouble finding stuff.
