OK,pull the ecu fuse and crank the motor untill the car dies,disconnect the battery negative,open the fuel tank door to releive pressure,have a lot of towels or rags handy because fuel will leak! Unclip the injector clips,be very carefull and use a tiny screwdriver,unbolt the fuel rail assembly fron the intake manifold,pull up and soak the leaking fuel with the rags,then pull the injector(s)..Also since you have this apart you might as well replace the o-ring.
be carefull where you put the fuel soaked rags.
