I have a 88 civic with a zc motor turbo. I just finish putting the engine together because i had gotten my block rebuilt and its giving me a code 9. I already replaced the distributor with two diffrerent ones, i changed the ecu checked the wiring and the code is still their. it was running fine before i got the block rebuilt anb the only things i changed are the clutch and flywheel. the only sympton is it runs rough from 2000 to 3000 RPM it starts bogging but after 3000 RPM it runs fine. Thanks for any ideas.
