painting rear bumper

might be a stupid question...flame me if you like, but i'd like to know anyway
should i repaint the whole bumper? or is it possible to just use touch up paint?

its up to you, do you want it to look good? ie: take it to a body shop OR try and use touch up paint. if you use touch up it wont match and itll still be expensive.
