After reading the write up for the auto to manual swap i might have read it wrong but are the transmission mounts for auto and manual on 5gen accords the same? i know the one you have to weld isn't but the ones that look like these can't tell from the pic? also will i have to upgrade my motor mounts?

no. they are different and the mounting point for the bracket is different as well.

the rear mount is also different. best mount to get is the LX/DX 5spd rear.
