What Header and Exhaust you using for your road race application?

And what size the exhaust 60mm (typical jap), 2.5", 70mm (2.75") or 3"?

 

Let me start:-

I using DC Sport JDM 4-1 header with 2.5" collecter

Exhaust J's Racing 60mm race exhaust with one center box only

 

for my motor i run the DC sports becuase the testing i have seen hasn't shown that the $$$ units are worth it. My motor is a D16z6. People with B18b, B18c's, k20's, and k24's seem to show that it is worth the extra money for the big $$ headers.

As far as which company to go with id look into Burn's Stainless, Hytech, or SMSP.


And on the exhaust, i run a 4 foot section of stright tubing with a Burn's Stainless ulta light weight muffler.
