new system: electrical upgrades?
this is my last question i promise.
i just got a new system with an amp for my components and an amp for my subs. the sub amp is going to be running at 1000w rms x1 and the component amp will be at 100w rms x2. right now i have a stock electrical system in my 97 ex coupe and plan upgrading the "big three". my question is, do i need anything else to be upgraded like the alternator or the addition of a capacitor?

Go with the big three upgrade first. Then find a battery with the most cca as you can get in stock location. You should be fine after that.
not to thread steal but what is the most cca for a small honda? I have a 5th gen lude. I just got a new duralast gold battery that is like 750 cca I believe. I think my old batt was only like 525.
