Radiator Fluid Flush ***help***
well yesterday as i was heading home from work, i noticed that my temp idle kept shifitin' towards the H (hot). I was about 10 min. away from my house when the car started smokin' really bad. I pulled over and checked to see what might be the cause, and noticed that my radiator cap had deteriorated from within. Luckily i was near a gas station to fill up with water and make it home safe.
....My mechanic came over to take a look at it and told me i just need a new raditor cap, and a radiator flush/refill with coolant.
I don't want to pay for something i can do myself, but i've never done a radiator flush/coolant refill before =/. Anyone nice enough to guide me through? I just ordered a new cap/seal, so i'll be doin' the flush/refill on thursday or friday. Any help appreciated, thanks

sweet! thanks
but i got confused on the followin' part :
*Note: This was performed on a Type-R which has a b16 casting head. All other Integras have the upper hose mount on the front of the head. On this house mount there is a small brass Bleed skrew. If you dont have a type-R, you put the rad cap on to the FIRST stop and open this bleeder. Run it until no bubbles appear. Stop car, top of rad, start car again, run until fans come on, stop car, and top of radiator one last time.
what's a rad cap? top of rad? and top of radiator?
