I need a lower seating position in my sol to be able to wear my helmet in the beast
so heres my idea, direct mount the seat to the floor, with non adjustable rails?

basically
affix a rail to the floor, and bolt my seat straight to it?
should lower mne by an inch or so?
any ideas here?

the del sol seats are the lowest oem honda civic/teg that seat I know of...

you can accomplish anything with the right tools and enough time.

i am 6'2 and dont favour too much of a lean back for track use
i just dont want to snap my neck with my helmet hitting the roof of my car!

then u get your girl to buff and polish your helmet!!
