Default Messed up brakes

I have a 2000 integra gs, when i bought it the front left rotor was warped hella, so i replaced the front rotors and pads, now two weeks later im getting the same warped feeling from that brake. Not to mention a very loud hum from it as well only if i brake from 70mph up? Is this just bad coincidence or is there something causing this? oh and i dont brake hard

When replacing your rotors did you make sure there was no greese on it? i did this to my rotors too and got heat spots. then they warped not to long after getting the heat spots.

I've replaced pads and rotors on my car numerous times, never sprayed anything with brake cleaner, but I always apply fresh brake grease to the caliper slide pins. If you don't the calipers could seize up. Maybe that's what is happening to yours.

make sure that the capliper bolts are tight , also put a lil bit of grease on the ends of the pads and on the back of the pads. try bleeding your brakes also , you could have a bad caliper my friend.

When you had the car jacked up, did you grab the wheel and feel for play in the wheel bearings?
